5.30pm Gentle Yoga and Exercise.
If you are wanting to start yoga, recovering from an injury or you simply want to take exercise, but gently, this is a good class to start in.
We work on strength and flexibility for the whole body. Some postures are standing and cover balance. Some posture sequences are seated and look at shoulder movements and core. There is also floor based work towards the end of class for relaxation.
The Set More system is used as a register and no payment is taken. You can book months in advance. If you need to cancel, contact Sarah to take you out of the booking.
